1. Fair Use and Anti-Cheating

We are committed to a fair environment and prohibit the use of scripts, emulators, or cheats. Abnormal behavior may result in account verification, suspension, or point forfeiture. Users may appeal by providing evidence.

2. Rewards Program

Points and rewards are based on user activities (e.g., gaming, ad viewing), preferences, and regional rules. Details are available in the Rewards Center. Rewards may vary among users.

  • Redemption Cap: Maximum redemption value of $1,825 per year.
  • Validity Period: Accounts inactive for 180 days may have points reset and may be deactivated.

3. Eligibility

These Terms take effect upon using the Services or creating an account and remain in effect until termination.

4. Service Availability

4.1

Services provide points-based rewards through games and advertisements. New features are automatically subject to these Terms.

4.2

Some services may be unavailable due to technical or legal restrictions. Using a VPN to conceal location is prohibited.

4.3

Users in sanctioned regions may be restricted and bear associated legal consequences.

4.4

Interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) do not constitute a breach. Earned rewards remain redeemable.

5. License to Use

5.1

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Services, with intellectual property rights belonging to the Platform.

5.2

Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or removal of copyright notices is prohibited.

5.3

Third-party components (e.g., partner games) are the responsibility of their providers, and users must comply with their terms.

5.4

Third-party service liabilities are borne by their providers, and the Platform assumes no joint liability.

5.5

User feedback belongs to the Platform and may be used without compensation.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1

Service content is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6.2

Unauthorized use of Platform content or optimization results is prohibited.

7. User Conduct

7.1

Prohibited actions include:

  • Creating multiple accounts (unless permitted)
  • Transferring or selling accounts
  • Using accounts on behalf of others or sharing accounts
  • Using accounts for commercial purposes
  • Using VPNs to conceal location
  • Using cheating tools
  • Registering with temporary email addresses
  • Accessing via unofficial channels
  • Impersonation or infringing activities
  • Interfering with other users

7.2

Violators may face account suspension or point forfeiture and can appeal via contact@jinanshiyou.com.

8. Data Processing

8.1

Data is used for eligibility verification, promotion, reward calculation, and service optimization.

8.2

The rewards program requires data collection authorization, which may affect functionality.

9. Rewards Mechanism

9.1

Points are earned through games, advertisements, tasks, and activities, with rewards varying based on user behavior.

Points can be redeemed for rewards (e.g., gift cards), with users responsible for any taxes.

9.4

Rewards are subject to rules, frequency, and regional restrictions.

Points are non-transferable and reset after 180 days of inactivity.

10. Activities and Promotions

Activity rules are specified in announcements, with some activities limited to specific regions.

10.2

Activities typically end at 23:59 UTC, with rewards not applied retroactively.

11. Liability and Indemnification

11.1

Services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties.

11.2

The Platform is not liable for indirect losses unless caused by gross negligence.

11.3

Users must compensate the Platform for losses caused by violations.

12. Account Management

12.1

Users may stop using the Services at any time. Accounts inactive for 18 months may be deactivated.

12.2

Accounts may be terminated for violations or legal requirements, resulting in loss of access and rewards.

13. Changes to Terms

13.1

Terms may be updated at any time, with significant changes notified in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1

The invalidity of any part of these Terms does not affect the overall validity.

14.2

Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver.

14.3

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
